According to the new European directives, the “food line” hoses are produced through a rigorous manufacturing process that involves only the use of selected raw materials free from phthalates, plasticizers and animal derivatives, in order to ensure the purity and the maintenance of the quality characteristics of the product conveyed. Rubber and thermoplastics underlays are compliant according to FDA Standars, Italian M.D. 21/03/73 and following amendments, BfR, KTW, TUM and BgVV.
This line includes hoses for all other industrial applications, such as hoses for conveying steam (normally supplied with recoverable and adjustable fittings according to DIN 2826), or for the passage of water, inert fluids and compressed air. Of particular interest are the solutions proposed for pneumatic and hydraulic transport of abrasive and corrosive products with a special coupling system made of re-usable alluminum split-flanges combined with a wide range of hoses and seals specifically produced for this application.

In order to meet every need and to provide a completely safe assembled product that complies with international standards, Uni One supplies a wide range of fittings (Clamp, Camlock, DIN, SMS, UNI and ANSI Flange, GAS etc.)made in stainless steel AISI 316, galvanized steel, brass, etc. Some of them are available in stainless steel AISI 316 with an innovative lining made of white perfluorinated material (PFA) or antistatic black PFA, both of wich comply with food and pharmaceutical standards.

This service offers a personalized program of periodic inspections for assemblies hoses in dedicated applications, preset with the customer.
In order to obtain a complete traceability of our products, a laser marking is affixed on the ferrule, reporting the serial number and the manufacturing date; with this data we are able to track all production steps, from the compound identification till the final pressure test of the assemblied hose.
On request, the hose once is completed and tested, a certificate of hydrostatic test according to UNI EN ISO 1402 is issued; when in use, the same hose is checked again and thoroughly inspected with optical probes at preset intervals. The data obtained is then compared to the initial one and, if are positive, the hose is returned with a new certificate attesting the suitability for use.
